PERFORMANCE: “When It Rains…”      Monday March 9th & Tuesday 10th 2026

Come see our work in the world premiere performances of WHEN IT RAINS…!
An orginal devised performance with 7 actors playing 14 characters exploring 24 hours of Dublin life in a quirky, funny and moving story.

This experienced level Theatre Performance Creation course brings together seven different actors in this collaboratively created production. Using the creative writing skills and character-based ideas from the actors, we weave together a series of situations taking place over one day. Inspired by the saying, “when it rains… it pours”, these quirky, colourful and moving characters will give you a glimpse into how they respond when plans fall apart.

Performance of Adult Scene Study: Scenes and Improv Dec 10th!

Join us for a dynamic evening of selected scenes from plays as well as a series of improvisation sequences directed by Kathleen Warner Yeates. This is the culmination of our 10-week Adult Scene Study beginner level performance course, which combines script work as well as spontaneous collaboration in character. It will be an evening of powerful performances and loads of laughs as well!

EMERGENCE an Original Devised Theatre Performance Nov 13th & 14th

Join us for a moving and humorous performance, collaboratively created to explore the challenges of eight interlinked and struggling characters in Dublin.

What forces oppress us, internal or external, and how to we emerge through all of the challenges? Developed in our Theatre Performance Creation course, we observed various random humans to begin the exploration of what would become our story. Through improvisation, collaboration, writing and singing, we created a fully staged original peformance with music. Each actor performs two physically contrasting characters in this funny and poerful play about what we do to survive.

Running time approximately 70 minutes.   Tickets €10 plus handling

Cancellation: CULTURE NIGHT 2023 – Try a Drama Class on Friday September 22nd, 2023!

Try a beginner level drama class for FREE for Culture Night 2023 on SEPTEMBER 22nd!
Spend 60/90 minutes in our drama class for beginners to see what it is like to relax and “play” in creative collaboration. A family group class option or and adult only class. No experience needed! This is a playful, fun encounter.
Must be able to climb two flights of stairs in this historic landmark building.
Class size limited to 10 participants maximum.
RESERVATION NEEDED! Reservations will be accepted starting Monday Sept 18th at 10:00am.

SORRY CANCELLED> 

TWO DIFFERENT CLASS TIMES lasting 60 or 90 minutes (must arrive on time and stay for full class):
5:00-6:00pm for ages 10 to 90! Family friendly class, 60 minutes

We will be sharing 26 new screenplay extracts over three Thursday nights in the heart of Dublin by some of the best new screenwriters from Ireland, England and the US. Written over the course of the Coronavirus pandemic.  This is the final part of our Experience Level Screenwriting courses with Barry McEvoy from Out Come the Knives. https://outcometheknives.com/
