Since early 2017 our advanced adult courses have been working towards this week of shared work from our Advanced Screenwriting, Advanced 6-month Actor Training and Advanced Adult Scene Study. While we cherish the beginner adult drama and youth options (Youth performances were in May!), this is the opportunity for those adults with some more serious intentions to share their work with the public.

Advanced Screenwriting “First Look”: Sat June 24th 7:00pm
Under the direction of Barry McEvoy, our screenwriters have been preparing their full length feature films, and will share their best 8 pages with professional actors reading. This exciting FREE event requires no advanced booking and is held Saturday June 24th at 7:00pm at Doyle’s Bar, 2nd floor, 9 College Street, Dublin 2. Featured writers   Neil Darcy, Aurélie Gauthier, Conor Purcell, Margaret E. Advanced 6-Month Actor Training: Mon-Tues-Wed June 26th-28th, 7:30pm
Our most advanced part-time training course will share a first act of selected dramatic contemporary scenes and our second act features a fast paced edited version of Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream. This is a rollercoaster of theatre packed into an evening under the direction of Kathleen Warner Yeates. Advanced 12-week Adult Scene Study: Thurs-Fri June 29th & 30th, 7:30pm
These performances will feature  actors from our other advanced acting course, with dramatic contemporary scenes in the first act and improvisation in the second act! This is a really engaging and entertaining evening of theatre with a very talented group of advanced level actors under the direction of Kathleen Warner Yeates.
